24/7 Keypad Access to Club House Amenities:
Showers: A remodeled women’s bathroom, and a rather funky men’s bathroom, slated for remodeling, both with showers.
Kitchen: A remodeled kitchen, complete with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, four burner range top, and oven. One absolute requirement for all users: Any food not stored in refrigerator must be kept in glass or metal air tight containers.
Laundry Room: 1 Whirlpool “Super Capacity Plus” top loader, 1 Maytag “Centennial”, both commercial grade. Member-controlled honor system @ $3.00/ load
Members’ Lounge: Nothing fancy here, air-conditioned, good for breakfast and YouTube music or dinner with other members and a NetFlix show in Surround Sound.
BBQ & Picnic Table Area: Next to clubhouse, under the trees
Dock & Area Amenities:
Floating walk-on & mid-channel docks: Six to eight foot tides
Water & 30 Amp Electric on Walk-On Docks, no amenities on the mid-channel dock
Ice & Soda machines: At the dock head
WiFi: Entire marina, yard, and clubhouse
Stow your Bicycle: You’ll relish the miles of shore-line trails in Glen Island & Pelham Bay Parks. On weekends it’s the smart & fast way to visit City Island restaurants and yacht clubs: You’ll cruise through the standstill traffic!
Glen Island Park: Walk or bike 0.2 miles; drink in sunrise over Long Island Sound while you get your morning exercise!
Pelham Bay Park Subway: Take the “6” Express to visit Manhattan
Bus Stop: Walk just 0.3 miles!!, take the #45 to Pelham Bay Park subway to visit Manhattan:
